We provide a fixed fee commercial conveyancing service, with costs based on the value of the property. The fees shown below cover our legal work for the full process, which includes:

  • Taking your initial instructions and carrying out due diligence on the property
  • Undertaking searches and raising the necessary enquiries
  • Managing and exchanging contracts on your behalf
  • Ensuring funds are transferred securely to complete the transaction
  • Registering the property in your name

Timescale:
A typical property sale will take between 8 and 12 weeks.
A typical remortgage can take between 4 and 6 weeks

Deposit Required:
We require £100 on account in respect of search fees

The above fee sale is based on selling a freehold property. We charge an additional fee for leasehold properties which depends on the extra work involved. Please contact us for a bespoke quote.
